I started working with Maxine Mallett at Eveline Lowe primary school in March. She wanted to improve her school and her communications with her colleagues. Here’s what she says about our work together:
“Matthew is a good ‘listening ear’. He enabled me to identify areas of my job that were causing me stress and frustration. Using coaching techniques I was able to determine strategies that would enhance my performance. I now feel less stress and I’m a better leader. I’m more aware of my leadership style and my strengths and weakness.”
I’m now working at the school to gain ‘on the ground’ experience. Being involved with different parts of the school gives me greater insight and understanding of the school as a whole.
